I have a credit card. It sucks, but it is useful when making online purchases, so I don't expose my bank account every time I buy something online.

So, I signed up for email statements, and a five day reminder email, so I can pay my bill online.

They sent the five-day reminder at 11:54pm last night. I log on today to pay my bill, and it insists that today is 2/2/08 and when I change the payment date to 2/1/08 it won't let me pay it, saying that date is in the past. It is not in the past. It was not even 9am when I did this. It takes 1-2 business days to process an online payment, so what is happening is they are trying to get me to pay a rush service fee or risk having a late payment. [Expletive deleted]ers.

I'm going to go talk to customer service. I will pay this bill, and I will cancell this card. Then I will kill them all.
