I've missed pimping a lot of great articles due to my travels, so here's teh lowdown.

First off, Pearce took a look at Black Waters of Echo Pond in Jumanji for Grown-Ups: Side Effects Include Death. Pearce knows her horror stuff, so it's always fun to get her take on scary movies.

Then, our awesome honorary Chica, Jesse, posted about cool geek gals on Twitter in Tweets to follow on Twitter. Always great to give a shout-out to the sisters!

Then Amalia the Savage got us talking about the Thor movie in Thor Stills! Looking good!

Of course, the new law in Arizona didn't pass without comment, and honorary Chica Jesse got there first in his article, To Jan Brewer.

After many years of dealing with the double-standard of ogling pretty stars, Pearce gave us a new installment of Geek Dance Party, illustrating it with a music video, in Geek Dance Party - Ke$ha - Pearce-Sponsored GeekaChica. Let's hear it for the right to equal-opportunity ogling!

Last week also saw the release of the David Tennant/Patrick Stewart production of Hamlet on region one DVD, and the Chicas marked the day with a truly stunning review by Beatrice Blythe (aka [livejournal.com profile] narniadear) A Play within a Film: Hamlet on DVD. Check it out!

Then, we got an unusual treat from Sweet Clementine, who took a break from movie and book reviews to give us a peek into her avocation: Swing Dancing! On Feet is all about the proper shoes for the sport. I found it very enjoyable.

For a Meager $67.50... by Pearce takes a look at the Iron Man tie-in Cologne, which started an interesting discussion of what, exactly, Iron Man might smell like. :D

Here's a great one by Beatrice Blythe, Mega History Action Figures!! It started with this video:

Then it went on to discuss other possible historical feminist action figures we'd love to buy, if they existed. Woot!

Today, we have an unusual look at Iron Man II. Pearce examines Iron Man II and the OCD angle of character development in I'm Confused.

Whew! That's it. A lot of fun stuff and pretty much two weeks worth of geeky, cheeky goodness. Now, I was surprised by how much traffic the site got while I was doing no promotion at all, effectively proving that it stands well enough on it's own. But I do post links here regularly, and I didn't want to stop, or to miss anything. So there you go.
