I KNOW! It's utterly insane and bizarre. I overheard someone trying to explain to someone else why Luke's cousin is black, and I thought, you know, this stuff is brilliantly awesome, if you don't take it seriously. I mean, "My gay grandfather is hitting on me!" is, in fact, one of the most outrageous things you could ask an actor to say, IMHO.

Oh! They even did the whole "They never found his body" thing when Noah's crazy father jumped in the ocean after breaking out of jail. So you know he'll come back later -- resurrections are also big in Soapland, I'm told. You could play Bingo with some of this stuff.
