Here's my spiel:

Migraines tend to be throbbing, one sided headaches that are moderate to severe in intensity that are accompanied by sensitivity to light and sound, nausea and/or vomiting, and are made worse by activity (i.e. it's better if you rest in a dark, quiet place vs trying to do your normal stuff). Most migraines don't have all these qualities, but they generally have many of them. If you've had headaches in the past that are similar but not as bad, migraine is likely. It's not that uncommon for women in their thirties to start getting Migraines, even if they haven't had them before. If it keeps up, it would seem reasonable to see a doctor though. :)

I hope you feel better soon!
(By the way, I love Finding Jesus--cat cracks me up!!!)

Still messed up today, but the horrible pain is all in my neck, sort of radiating up from there. I have an appointment, so we'll see.
