I am so grateful to see my Big Boy making such progress! He seems to have really found his passion in photography and film-making. He's still just finding his feet with the whole school thing, but I see real progress emotionally. It's amazing.

I've posted some of his pictures under the cut. These were all taken without a flash, and the camera quality isn't super, but I think they show that he has a great eye for good pictures.

He was quite excited to be allowed to roam around the school taking pictures for the photography club assignments. *G*

I found this one particularly humorous:

It's just so fantastic not to have him be all emo all the time. ;)

We don't let him take the good camera to school, for various reasons, but I hope to get him out and using the better cameras on our own time. :)

Yeah, his assignment was to take a mixture of close-ups and distance shots, but it is not a great camera for close-ups. It has a good zoom, though. LOL!

Those are all really visually interesting! I love the shadows, and the camera eye!

He tries a lot of different things just to see what works. I have to say that the picture of the security camera made me laugh. The assignment that time was to take pictures around the school.

The first two are fantabulous! He's really got some natural talent. :) I just love the cat one.

Thank you! I'm amazed that he managed to capture the cat looking less surly than usual. ;)

I think that one is my favorite, too. There's a certain meta quality to it.
