That's just... The last four years I lived there, we were under drought conditions. Seriously, this video was taken a few miles from my house (but mine's on a hill, and we have an offer, so not even mine much longer, if things go well):
This is a picture from the other side of the bridge. It's a Dunkin Donuts and a gas station mostly submerged across the five-lane road. (Not that anyone who knew the joys of the hot Krispy Kreme would care much,(j/k!) but it's impressive.)
